If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Classic Gifts and Interiors relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The term ‘Classic Gifts and Interiors’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 84 Woodford Crescent, Pinner, Middlesex, HA5 3TY.. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Payment

All prices are in sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. Payment can be made using credit or debit card or by Paypal, with the exception of American Express. We do not accept payment by cheque. Payments by credit or debit card are subject to authorisation checks by the card issuer, in order to enable such checks we will share your information with the card issuer. Where the card issuer refuses to authorise payment we cannot be liable for any delay or non-delivery of goods. Payment for orders is at the point of dispatch.

Description of Products

Every effort is taken to ensure the products we supply correspond to the sample displayed on the website. However due to the handmade nature of many of our products slight variations may occur. These variations may include but are not limited to slight changes in fabric, colour or dimensions. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products are correct at the time when the relevant information is entered onto the system. We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible; however the information appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact time an order is placed. Please be aware that computer browsers may present colours slightly differently.

Orders

All orders placed on this website are subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability. When an order is placed you will receive an acknowledgement email. Please note that this email is not an order conformation or an order acceptance.

Contract Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel this contract if you wish, provided you exercise this right no longer then seven days after the order was received. If you wish to cancel prior to dispatch please contact customer services as soon as possible. If you have already received your order please follow our returns policy. Once the goods have been returned in their unused condition and original packaging you will receive a refund less the original delivery charge and any charges arising from the cancellation of the order.

Refusal of Orders

We reserve the right to discontinue products. We reserve the right to refuse orders made via www.classicgiftsandinteriors.co.uk pre or post payment.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within 14 days from the date the order has been placed. However, whilst we make every effort to deliver all your items within 30 days from the date of your order, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part of full due to circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you to let you know if we are experiencing any problems with getting an item to you within that period.

If access is restricted to your delivery address, please ensure you let us know when placing your order.

We use a variety of different delivery methods to ensure your order is delivered to you in perfect condition and in the best possible time frame. If an item is required urgently, please ensure this is requested at the time of the order and additional charges may apply, depending on the availability of the item.

Upon delivery, some items may require a signature. By placing an order with us, you are authorizing us to accept a signature from another person on your behalf if you need to sign for an item and you are not present at the time for delivery. We also use third party delivery companies which may, at their discretion, leave an item in a safe place if no one is present at the time of deliver, or leave an “attempted to deliver” calling card enabling you to contact them direct to arrange a convenient date and time for re-delivery.

Ownership of an item will not pass to you until we have delivered the item to you, either directly or by leaving it with a neighbour or in a safe place. When an item is delivered to you, risk of damage to or loss of the item passes on to you.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Returns Policy

For a period of seven working days after the date of receipt the consumer can cancel the contract and get their money back, excluding the original postage charges. Any return costs will be at your own expense.

Damages

Please check your order as soon as you receive it from the carriers. All damages must be notified to us on receipt of the item. If you could email us a photograph of the damages this will enable us to process your refund quickly. Send your email to  customerservices@classicgiftsandinteriors.co.uk. Once we have your email then we can arrange collection and replacement of the damaged item.  Please note the return postage costs will be at your expense.

Price Promise

If you find any product purchased from us cheaper within 14 days from the date of purchase, we will be happy to refund you the difference. Before any refund is made, you will be required to forward evidence of the cheaper item/s in question to our customer services department (customerservices@classicgiftsandinteriors.co.uk), for authentication. Once the items have been checked and verified, the difference will be refunded to you.
